The FOD Family
Support Group
is undertaking an AWARENESS CAMPAIGN for our Disorders,
as well as for Expanded Newborn Screening. Our disorders,
and several others (30+), can be screened for by using tandem mass
spectrometry on a blood spot filtered paper (ie., Newborn screen
card). Our Group supports families across the world living
with these rare metabolic disorders. We KNOW
that Early Diagnosis and Treatment can SAVE LIVES!
We have had a HUGE
response to our Bracelets! Our bracelets ~ the Youth size (7.0", also fits a small framed adult )
is tiedyed blue and yellow ~ and the Adult bracelets (8.0") are the half and half blue and yellow.
We also offer an FOD Ribbon as well (3.5" x 7.5" static cling 'magnet' for inside of a car window ~ it's not a typical magnet that adheres to metal. Be sure the window is warm when applying - it will not cling to cold windows). It looks terrific and it will create awareness about our rare disorders, as well as expanded newborn screening!The PayPal order info is below, after the bracelet order info. In order to create awareness,
we are offering an opportunity to purchase an Adult size 2-color (half yellow
and half royal blue) silicone Bracelet debossed with ‘All in This
Together’ on the yellow and ‘FOD Family Support Group ’ on the blue. [Some of the lettering/coloring may 'bleed' into
the other color but that's expected.]
The Youth size is now a tiedyed blue and yellow bracelet ~ it has all the same printing as the Adult bracelet.
Our website is imprinted on the inside. ** The youth size (fits 7.0"
wrist and under) would work if you are a small-framed adult.
All Bracelets will be $3.00 + postage (US
currency).
The printed Buyer Form (right sidebar) is for those that want to pay with a US check. Please

card). You do not have to have your own PayPal account in order to pay
into the accounts online ~ PayPal is a secure site.
We will be able to mail
to Canada and Overseas ~ I would like to be able to track
overseas packages but the cost is quite prohibitive (i.e. over $20.00+
charge) so please be aware of that and make sure you list
your exact address/phone so the package will get to you. The cost of mailing overseas is $4.60 and $6.00.
